Looks like you'll be getting some weather down there starting late in the week:

For those who have an interest in the path of Hurricane Isaac
The diagrams shown below are the forecast rainfall amounts published by the Hydrometeorological
Prediction Center (HPC). They include the time frame from 8 am Sunday through 8 AM Friday and
depict the anticipated direction of movement, speed of progress, and precipitation amounts which
could be present for South-Central Kentucky for the next 5 days.
The current thinking shows South-Central Kentucky may receive between .10 and 1.25 inches of
rain from Thursday through Friday. The rain should be gone in time for the weekend activities.

I hope we do not have to make a claim with our homeowners insurance in Cape Coral, but it looks like we may have dodged a bullet this time.

I would rather be at the lake on a rainy day than at work on a sunny day.

Most current maps show the precipitation going a little more west of the lake.

I don't get it.....3.76@gal this afternoon in Belmont, when I filled up the truck and the bike. This evening on my way to work in Centerville...3.33
@ gal at the BP on 725 at Yankee.
I really don't like MORE government in my life, But I would like to see some kind of regulation on these oil companies, and on Wall St., because
supply and demand does not have much if any effect on the price of gas these days
Summers' comin'

My daughter lives in Madison MS near Jackson. When Issasc gets done with Lousiana it will head straight there.
She told me last night the people are going nuts there. There is NO GAS at any of the stations there. NO bottled water anywhere.
And of course the basic necessities of life... bread and milk are all gone too.
They are just going to get a lot of wind and rain. Maybe 50mph winds and serious rain. I've seen that on Lake Cumberland. Geeze!
WHATEVER floats your boat Dude!
