Another "atta-boy" to campinman

Campinman recently came to the rescue over Memorial day weekend again.
I have a small portion of video of him pulling his boat, a Mercedes, and it's trailer to the top of Cumberland point ramp this weekend. The Mercedes failed after launching it's boat.

Great job campinman! You stepped up, not aside

Definitely one of the good guys!

I think this is his second or third award. He doesn't need them but its the only way I got to say thanks for a job well done.

{Please notice I am not putting his name on the award. That would take me a half a day to figure out how to do that and I don't have the time.}

Thanks :)

Like I said at the ramp, If you have a boat, you've been in his situation or you're lying! I heard his wife got it started later by wiggling the steering wheel while inserting the key a little bit at a time. But I watched as he borrowed a truck to pull his boat out and he still turned the truck on and off about three times??? Why??

Thanks for the use of the tow strap. My Tahoe was also completely full of mulch at the time. If you have a video or picture, I would love to have one. Great commercial for Chevy..;)

disclosure: I am not a videographer.
I do not know the owner of the dead vehicle.
there were no animals harmed during the filming of this stunt

its short, I had to move my truck but the shot is brief.

The boat in tow was a campers that did not bring a tow vehicle for the weekend so I launched them. As you can see it is a 28 foot deep V Rinker. Probably more than 7000lb plus the Mercedes and the trailer.

I love my Tahoe and 4wd low. ;)
