July 4th fireworks

I'm planning vacation for the 4th and since it falls on Wed. I was wondering if anyone new when Jamestown/State Dock would be doing their display. And more important Reedaville are you putting up a display and if so what night? I enjoy your show the best cause it's close to home port and not so many boats to deal with after it's over. Thanks.

I can confirm that the Jamestown/State Dock fireworks will be on Saturday July 7th the weekend after the 4th. We will also have Stacey Mitchhart performing Saturday evening July 7th. This will be a GREAT show!!!

At this point the celebration is leaning toward the 7th, but stay tuned! Seems like the number of boats viewing from the water is growing each year. Last year it seemed there was an impressive number of boats watching from below:)

Thanks DJ and a big thanks to Reedaville for a fantastic show last year. Yea I noticed there were quite a few more boats last year than in years past. It's nice to have such a nice display so close to home port.

Across from Conley and slightly east--just look for Old Glory waving proudly.

Reedaville said his show will probably be on July 7th and raptorlvr said the Jamestown/SD show will also be on July 7th.
Time...I'm guessing darkthirty or there abouts.

I absolutely love the fireworks at Jamestown every year and the clusters of small yet exciting shows fired up on the way back to Grider Hill near Rowena and others back in coves and creeks, off the courtesy docks right below our campsite (which makes them burst right at our eye level, spectacular!!) are just as memorable and beautiful.....
