Thats same video could be made in any city in the country. The sad part is the politicians don't see an issue with it. There should be a lifetime
limit that you can receive food stamps and assistance like 18 months for your whole life or whatever number. That would make this program what it is
intended to be, for help instead of a way of life. I am all for having a program to help people on hard times, but paying people that are to lazy to
work is crazy.
You can never have to much horsepower or to much money, it's just hard to have both...

nothing surpises me anymore in this country.... its all about finding the loopholes and working the system. From the rich to the poor everyone has
their trick to getting money. This country can come up with the technology to drop a bomb down a chimney from miles up, but we can't fix problems like
these.....
