We had a small fire on the 1100 row. There was a small amount of damage to one boat and we have to replace 40' of dock and utilities. It appears that
fire was caused by 2 power cables that were plugged together and layed under the dock that shorted out and ignited the plastic float. Fortunately,
our security guard, John, found the fire while doing his rounds a did everything right and averted what could have been a very bad situation. We
should be repaired and back to normal next week.

Yep, 1100 has been emptied of houseboats, other than first 2 slips on either side. Power pedestal of slip 1108
looks like it went dead short and all lines under the dock on out are toast!

Kudos to S.D. for getting all those boats moved and powered up. Moving all those boats had to be quite an undertaking.

Wow, that had to be scarey for "Just Wright", Dr. N, and Cranky's Mom. Kudos to the security guard, John. Glad to hear all is well.
