UPDATE:
At approximately 4:30 p.m this date, the Kentucky State Police arrested Ruby Nicole Harvey, age 20, and charged her with Complicity to Commit Armed
Robbery in connection to the armed robbery at the Shell Station at exit 59 on I-75 at Mount Vernon, earlier this date. Harvey was lodged in the
Rockcastle County Detention Center.
In addition, Bobby Joe Hensley, brother to the deceased robbery suspect, is being sought on the charge of Complicity to Commit Armed Robbery. Bobby
Joe Hensley is described as a 19 year old white male, approximately 6’ 02”, 150 pounds, brown hair & hazel eyes. Anyone who has information as to his
location is encouraged to contact the Kentucky State Police Post 11, London, at 606.878.6622.
The Kentucky State Police has consulted with the Commonwealth Attorney’s Office for Rockcastle County. No further charges are expected at this time.
All facts surrounding this incident and the subsequent investigation will be presented for consideration to the Rockcastle County Grand Jury.
