So are you serving alcohol? Heard JRM would be allowed to do that.

No, they cannot serve alcohol. The "Moist" vote has been ruled null and void although there is an appeal in progress. Still waiting for the final
ruling on the appeal.

How about changing sausage in BG
How about getting some tennesee pride, medium, sausage
and choping it up real fine and cook it until its dark for the bisquits and gravy?
The gravy aint bad, but the sausage that is used in it isnt very good at all and if u would use this sausage instead, it will be much better i
promise.

You are welcome for more suggestion.

This is good...but...
Kool,
Your participation on this forum is good, but may not be the best source for all your research. Let me back up...First, thanks for accomodating my
special dinner request last Friday night...good job taking care of the guest.
On the other hand, on Saturday afternoon, I heard some negative first hand reports of 'slow service'. I was told by some folks that they decided to
leave after ordering thier dinner, but before it arrived to the table (close to an hour) is this true? If so why is this still occuring?
JRM could and should have stunning perfromance and quality of meals...I think the meal quality is there myself....
Dont stop trying...keep up the good work and Remember, GOOD is the enemy of GREAT! Be GREAT and don't settle for good.

We waited well over an hour for our food on Sunday afternoon 5/8. Thankfully we weren't in a hurry, but my concern is when summer is in Full Swing,
what will the wait be like?
On a positive note, Food was very good. Seemed to be much better than the last time I ate there. Good job on the menu improvements!

I had lunch there this past Saturday afternoon. Mary waited on us and did a great job. The food was good. The restaurant was not crowded at the time.
I agree with many that Jamestown Resort has a great opportunity to make this a first class eatery but it will take alot of effort to staff
effectively.

Many of us cruise over to JT to eat, just for something to do more then anything else, but the following 2 problems have always, and I mean always
been an issue there. Few or no place to park the boat and slow service. The actual food, especailly the big fish sandwich platter hasn't been the
complaint.
Its such a shame because it doesn't have to be that way.
Open up that "Private Club" area (its not used that much anyway) to customers stopping in to spend money, and base the menu on foods that not only
taste reasonably well, for the lake, but also less problematic to fix in a timely manner. I don't know what it takes, but Im not a restuarant manager.
We watch the Food Channel showing road trips all over the place that give good food in reasonable time frames. Maybe some ideas could come from those
programs?
Pay It Forward: Help others on the lake, tow safely or call professionals for help. You might need it someday too.

Food quality is not the problem...other than the sausage gravy.
1) Courtesy boat parking is a definate problem! There is
always 5 to 6 boats in our group when we come!
2) The 'service' (not the people) leaves a lot to be desired.
Guess you just need to know when to staff for the demand
ready for summer!

Boat parking is a definite issue. We have come and gone almost as many times as staying and eating because of a lack of docking space. My daughter was
to meet us there, but when she tied up at the "Club" area she was asked to move. She and Granddaughter did, back to our dock. We would have also if we
were not with other people and had just ordered. The main area in front of the store holds perhaps 5 average size boats and that may require some
maneuvering.
