It's taken me several days to be able to post. I see the comment about the forum losing its luster and many members since Cumberline's passing has been deleted (or I can't seem to find it).

This has been a very disappointing year. I personally have had to deal with who real friends are and those that are only fake friends. Unfortunately, Cumberline had fake friends, too. I guess Jerry did know best on how to run a forum because it was thriving under his leadership. I would like to thank the ones that have tried to keep the forum the way Jerry intended...I applaud you and appreciate your efforts.

This post will probably be deleted also or else a flowery response will be made or the drama club will reappear. This seems to be the norm now.

This is my tribute to Cumberline...I hope he is resting in peace and doesn't know all that has gone on over the past year. He was a fabulous person and I miss our conversations and his friendship.

I think Cumberline said it best and it applies today:

"The negativity is tiresome. Even though this thread was started to note an historic day, it had to degenerate to nitpicking. Sigh. Let's drop the snide comments. Remember, after you type a reply you don't have to hit Send and subject everyone to your sentiments". A quote from Cumberline 1/20/09
