Check out Conley Bottom's web cam

wow, check out the web cam at Conley .... It looks like the camera is being tossed around a little. If you go to their website, and access it from there, it's like instant movement, and you can really get a feel for the wind movement. ( no pun intended) Hope everyone keeps their power.

Noticed that the camera must have been moved...the view now shows a lot of roof...I'd like to see Charlie put a thermometer up there like Beaver Creek did ~

It looks as though a building has been moved into the camera's range. Isn't this the same camera angle that has been in place for quite awhile?

Could that be the roof top the new partydock they built this year? The angle looks a little low but the direction looks the same.

I can tell you that for the last 3 nights it has been like gale force winds here. Strange, during the day there is a light wind but around 10ish at night here they come. I'm out on the end of the pier here and get most of the wind. The canvas rattling on top drives me nuts at night.

The TEMPs have been a little low also. Might have gotten up to 10F last night but that's all.
In case your wondering a 20 mph wind and 10F temps is mighty dang cold when your walking the dogs.

BTW it has been confirmed now and I suppose its OK to make it public knowledge but they are expanding Pier 7 out even more with at least 12 more houseboat slips. Sorry no other details yet.
If you drive into Conley's main parking lot in front of the marina or just look on the other web cam you will see a huge new dock section out there...one 28' piece of that big thingy is my new lake home. :)

Has been cold there. Spent R,F and Sat at the lake. There was only one car in the lot when we got there but it left shortly. Stayed that way for a few hours. Had lots of activity on P6 for the New Year. 9 couples and young ones were there. Can't hardly wait for spring and warmer weather. Missed you XB. Maybe next year.

Yea I'm feeling pretty bad for ya stuck on that houseboat having to walk the dogs in the cold and listen to that canvas banging at night while you're at the lake. Sounds pretty rough. :P:P:P

Well, maybe it wasn't that bad. I endured. :P:P Was a nice weekend all in all.

But WHY, when its 10 freakin degrees outside with a wind chill of "freeze your arse off", do Pomeranians still sniff around in the snow for 30 min looking for the absolute best place to take a dump? Inquiring minds want to know!
