Sorry to hear that Bubbles. I know you've had some problems. Nothing money can't fix.
Only thing I can think of for the engine is to call some of the local shops, Hilltop, Unlimited, etc. But you probably all ready thought about
that.
Alton/Blakley might have one they want to get rid of quick during their going out of business.
Good luck.

What about Cornett in Somerset? What exactly is wrong with the engine there are a lot of people out there that can rebuild right and for less.

My first though is...how was it determined you need a 'new' engine?
What is 'wrong' with yours?
Anyway, sorry to hear.

I know where there's a 550hp 496 with the Raylar upgrade. Asking $10k for it...
If your block is still good, you should be able to rebuild it with better components and have a like new engine for less than it would take to buy
another (unknown) engine.

bad news for the ONE BUD WISER
Bubbles,
Call Rod Mc Murray in Shelbyville. 502 682 2244. High tech auto body.
He has lots of leads on engines. I would also take the boat to him to determine the exact problem. If it requires a complete swap out, Rod is the
person to do it.
He did the upgrade from a 350 to 502 in my Crownline.
Best of luck.

Sorry to hear about your engine bubbles. Believe me when I say I feel your pain. I lost one of my engines last winter after the Miami Boat Show Poker
Run and ended up doing a total rebuild on both of them. About the only thing we saved was the blocks and even they had a lot of work done on them. I
could be driving a nice new Charger for what I spent on those things but at least it's behind me and they are running like a champ.
